CFSX Mobile Full Test Suite

The full Cognitive Function Scanner Mobile Neuropsychological Test Suite is for professional neuropsychologists and clinical psychologists only.

The test suite includes tests of learning and memory for faces, words, numbers, and environmental sounds, respectively, and state-of-the-art 'tablet-and-digital pencil' tests, i.e., genuine pencil tests of visuomotor functioning (eye-hand coordination), visuospatial functioning, visual perception, attention, vigilance, and complex coordination (executive functioning). An auditory reaction time test is also part of the test suite. The learning and memory tests comprise immediate and delayed recall sections.

The tests suite includes reference values for the age span 20 to 100 years, but may be used for younger subjects as well. These reference values are established by examination of representative samples of the Danish general 2023-2026 (N=3,600). For the tests of number learning, visuospational functioning and reaction time the reference values cover the age spectrum from 25 to 75 years (N=973).

The full Cognitive Function Scanner Mobile Learning and Memory Test Suite app is a stand-alone system independent of the Internet, telephone system or any other type of communication network. Test results are stored in client-specific files in a dedicated folder on the test device from which these files can be printed or moved to a permanent storage at any time. The result files are of equal length and can easily be concatenated into datasets for subsequent statistical analysis according to the psychologist’s individual preferences.

To run the app a license key and an authorization key is needed from the developer. Please contact the developer to verify your profession at crs@crs.dk and obtain the two keys together with the system manual in English (pdf).

The 'tablet-and-digital pencil' tests are designed exclusively for Samsung tablets with S Pen. Tablets of smaller size than 10" and tablets not featuring S Pen cannot be used for the ‘tablet-and-digital pencil’ tests. Neither can smartphones featuring S Pen be used for the ‘tablet-and-digital pencil’ tests due to their small size.
