**RecForge II** is a professional voice recorder and dictaphone for Android with advanced control over audio capture. Disable Automatic Gain Control, adjust gain manually, preview recording levels, monitor audio with a live spectrum analyzer, and record using built-in or external microphones.

Choose from WAV, FLAC, MP3, M4A, OGG, Opus, WMA, and Speex formats with adjustable sample rates, bitrates, and mono or stereo channels. The app supports unlimited recording time, background recording, silence skipping, playback loops, independent speed and pitch control, audio trimming, merging, format conversion, metadata editing, and video audio extraction. Ideal for interviews, lectures, podcasts, music rehearsals, field recording, nature sounds, transcription, language learning, and voice notes. RecForge II does not record phone calls.
