## Description

Change the connectivity (aka. network state) for individual Tabs 

<b>Usage: (Basic) </b>
<ol>	<li>click the toolbar icon to toggle the individual state of the current tab</li></ol>
<b>Usage: (Advanced </b>
<ol>	<li>Select a couple of tabs</li>	<li>right click into the tabstrip, to open the tab context menu</li>	<li>Select the context entry "Offline Tabs" and choose either "Offline" or "Online" to change the state of all previously selected tabs</li></ol>
<b>Notes: </b>
<ol>	<li>		<i>Permissions:</i>
		<ul>	<li>activeTab, used for the toolbar icon action</li>	<li>menus, used to add the tab strip context menu entries</li>	<li>&lt;all_urls&gt;, needed to listen on request for all urls</li>	<li>webRequest, needed for to register the event listener</li>	<li>webRequestBlocking, needed to cancel webrequest</li>		</ul>		This add-on tries to use the minimal number of required permissions to successfully fullfill its intended purpose.
