We offer certified sports and exercise programs that are certified according to § 20 SGB V and are paid for by health insurance companies. Our courses are based on scientifically sound approaches from motivation research and dynamically adapt to your fitness level - regardless of whether you are a beginner or a competitive athlete.

With medizen.digital you get a digital health concept that helps you to improve your health behavior in the long term. We offer you a variety of courses, including the sports course for people who sit a lot and full-body strength training for more life energy.

During the course you collect points that you can exchange for great prizes. With 1,500 points you can, for example, plant a tree and do something for the environment.

medizen.digital is a spin-off project of the Chair of Sports Medicine and Sports Nutrition at the Ruhr University Bochum and was funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
