HLS Downloader is a powerful Chrome extension designed to facilitate downloading fragmented media files delivered via HTTP Live Streaming (HLS). It supports downloading media segments with the .ts extension by parsing master playlists (.m3u8 files) and merging the fragments into single media files.

Users have multiple options to download streams: by manually entering a .m3u8 URL, letting the extension detect and capture streams while browsing, or using the context menu to download streams right from links. The intuitive UI offers transparent controls to download, remove, and manage streams, with the ability to toggle the extension on or off.
