## Description

The new Itea App allows you to consult your contracts, check the status of your invoices and receive<br>communications sent by Itea Spa. You can also quickly and safely report any faults in the<br>common parts of the building or apartment where you live, upload the photos and check where yours is<br>report. All directly from your mobile.<br>With the Itea App:<br>CONSULT THE CONTRACT AND YOUR DOCUMENTATION<br>You can access your leases and, in one place, quickly and easily find all<br>information and documentation useful for your practices and your home (username, housing code, etc.).<br>CHECK YOUR INVOICES<br>You have all your invoices available and with one click you can check the status of payments.<br>RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS<br>Read from your mobile phone the communications received by Itea Spa, a signal and a notification warn you every time<br>that there is a new message or document for you.<br>REPORT A FAILURE OR A PROBLEM<br>Fill out a &quot;pre-ticket&quot; to report a fault or a problem regarding maintenance or<br>livability, you can also upload photos (max 3). Enter the required information these will be screened by<br>Itea Spa contact center and, if validated, will be registered in the system and therefore sent to the technician of<br>competent maintenance or the liveability area. Only the reports that are<br>under the responsibility of Itea Spa and not those relating to maintenance by the user.<br>PLEASE NOTE: For urgent reports it is recommended to contact the contact center immediately<br>will register the report, while for reports via the app the immediate is not guaranteed<br>registration and fulfillment.<br>FOLLOW THE STATUS OF YOUR REPORT<br>You can check and monitor, directly from your smartphone, at what point the report is: if it has been<br>registered, taken over by the competent area technician and resolved.
