## Description

Home Points works out your score for Korea&#39;s housing-subscription points system (cheongyak gajeom), out of 84.<br><br>Three parts<br>• Years without a home (32 points): counted from your birth date, marriage registration and the date you last sold a home, with clear reasons when the count hasn&#39;t started.<br>• Dependents (35 points): spouse, parents and grandparents living with you, unmarried children and grandchildren, each under the official conditions.<br>• Subscription account age (17 points): includes the 5-year cap on years opened as a minor and up to 3 bonus points from a spouse&#39;s account.<br><br>Handy extras<br>• Change the reference date to an announcement date to preview your score.<br>• See how long until each part reaches its next point.<br>• Save several profiles and load them again.<br>• The rules and official sources used are listed in the app.<br><br>Please note<br>• This is an estimate for reference only, not legal advice.<br>• It is an unofficial app, not affiliated with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Korea Real Estate Board (Applyhome) or any government body.<br>• Actual eligibility and scores follow each housing announcement and the developer&#39;s review.
