The nox Germany APP simplifies the logistics processes of technical organizations!

With the nox APP, the technician can register his returns at any time using his smartphone and track the status of his outgoing and incoming shipments.

One of the most important functions of the nox APP is the easy registration of returns. After scanning or manually entering the package barcode, only the package weight and an optional delivery note need to be recorded to place the order. By sending the data, nox Germany immediately receives all the information necessary for the transport.

To simplify the process, standard information such as the pickup location is already stored. These can be changed by the user if necessary.
Returns that have already been registered can also be canceled until 9 p.m. on the day of the order. This is the case, for example, if a spare part that was previously not needed is now needed by another customer.
