## Description

SHIFTDECK GARDEN MANAGER is the app for everyone who manages buildings—from caretakers to property managers. It&#39;s part of the SHIFTDECK business software and connects to your company&#39;s server.<br><br>WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT<br><br>• Property file—address, contact person, emergency service, keys and access codes, equipment, meters, and contracted services. Downloaded once before your trip, then available even in the basement without a network connection.<br><br>• Inspection deadlines with a traffic light system—smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, heating, drinking water. Overdue, today, soon: always in that order.<br><br>• Walkthrough—point by point, three large buttons: OK, deficient, not verifiable. Every deficient result in a service request.<br><br>• Report defects anytime—even outside the checklist, with up to ten photos, apartment or stairwell, and a note indicating who is responsible for the costs.<br><br>• Paper reports—defect report after the walkthrough, inspection certificate with device numbers, defect sheet for tenants or owners. Save as a PDF, send by email, or print.<br><br>• Register on-site — via NFC sticker on the property or at a station, otherwise via location. The verification clearly indicates the validity of the service.<br><br>• Appointments — elevator inspection, maintenance, sewer inspection: with time, company, and tappable phone number. Optional reminder and calendar entry.<br><br>• Shopping list — note what&#39;s missing at the property and check it off at the hardware store, including price, retailer, and receipt. The office can see what each purchase was for.<br><br>• Read meter readings and manage work orders through to completion.<br><br>BUILT FOR WORK ON BUILDINGS<br><br>Large touch surfaces for use with gloves. Dark interface that remains readable even in bright light. All recorded data is first stored on the device and later transmitted — there&#39;s no network coverage in the basement, and verification must not be lost there.<br><br>YOUR SERVER, YOUR DATA<br><br>The app has no separate address or account. It connects to your company&#39;s SHIFTDECK installation — the data remains there. Without SHIFTDECK server access and your employer&#39;s login credentials, the app cannot be used in the workplace.<br><br>A demo is available for viewing: It shows the complete app with sample data, without registration or a connection.<br><br>Your employer determines which areas you can see through your SHIFTDECK access rights.
