Thea - Findings & Documentation for Therapists “makes a significant contribution on the way to a paperless practice. We offer a contemporary alternative to the classic index card and at the same time give the therapist assistance in documenting consistently, qualitatively high-quality and efficient.

In addition to a clearly structured administration for patients and prescriptions, THEA offers a variety of documentation types:
- Simple entries (general notes in text form, therapy goals, ...)
- Structured forms (findings according to ICF, Red & Yellow Flags, measuring sheets, anamnesis sheets, ...)
- Graphic findings (2D body, individual body parts)
- Storage of documents (photos, scans, PDFs)

In addition, it is possible to have the practice's own forms created in the app.

The entire documentation is clearly grouped and sorted according to the treatment date. It can be recorded either in general for the patient or specifically for a prescription.

All data is managed in our cloud service in compliance with GDPR and is therefore available to all employees in the practice at any time. The data is transmitted in encrypted form, stored in encrypted form and, if desired, automatically backed up.
