## Description

**ImmoScout24** is a real estate marketplace for finding flats, houses, shared apartments, land and commercial property across Germany. Search millions of listings using filters for price, location, rooms, size, amenities, energy efficiency and construction year, or draw a custom search area on the map. Save favorites, compare properties, receive instant alerts and message landlords, agents and owners directly.

The app includes AI-powered search filters, the HeyImmo real estate assistant, neighborhood exploration tools, tenant network access and optional early listing access with SuchenPlus. Renters can request an official SCHUFA credit check and add it to their application profile. Property owners can list homes, request free valuations and connect with professional estate agents to sell or rent out their property.
