AEM - Graphic Excitation & Event Management is an interactive complaint and suggestion management app designed for public administrations and companies. It empowers citizens and employees to actively improve public infrastructure by reporting issues such as road damage, broken street lamps, or illegal dumping, as well as submitting suggestions for community enhancement.

The app allows users to create detailed reports by selecting issue types, adding descriptions and photos, and pinpointing the exact location on a map. Reports are compiled into a PDF which can be sent to the responsible municipality. If the municipality uses AEM, reports are automatically forwarded and tracked with status updates shown on the app's map interface in real-time. This transparency informs users when their concerns are received, processed, and resolved.
