Truly dreadful: the amount of data (especially photos) that they ask is huge. There is no way to delete it afterwards. The process is complicated and takes many steps. Last but not least: it's truly anti-privacy in it's design. Experts they connect you to are kind, but it doesn't change the fact that the application is just predatory and doesn't respect privacy - it needs your email, phone number, national ID, selfie, EVERYTHING.

Awful technical experience! It took around 7 people to pass the identification because of full freezes and unexpected cut offs. But the people were very polite and friendly. Helped me to use the correct documents and cheered me up. BUT YOU NEED TO FIX TECHNICAL ISSUES ASAP!
