## Description

The HEK Service-App is a cutting-edge customer center app that makes customer service quick and easy on your smartphone anytime and anywhere. It features two versions: Basic and Smart. The Basic version lets you scan, upload, and send documents, access health and prevention services, request membership certificates, and contact support via various channels.

The Smart version requires health ID registration for enhanced security and expands features with a digital mailbox, secure messaging, access to insurance data, and editable personal info. Additionally, the Smarthealth add-on offers intelligent management of your personal health data, including doctor treatments, medication plans, vaccination records, and preventive examination reminders.
