## Description

With the e*Message Alarm app, responsible employees - such as emergency services, on-call services or service teams - receive urgent messages directly on their mobile phones. In addition to the use of pagers, the mobile application specifically expands accessibility on a second device. The use of an additional communication channel (public mobile phone network) increases the reliability of alarms and at the same time increases their flexibility.<br><br>By using the e*Message Alarm app, the responsible person receives a message directly on their smartphone in addition to the primary receiving device. This secures the alarm even if the pager is not operational or has been forgotten. In addition, thanks to built-in &#39;Critical Alerts&#39;, an audible alarm can be activated even when the mobile phone is in silent mode.<br><br>Active feedback.<br><br>The integrated feedback function ensures fast responsiveness. With a simple click, the alerted person confirms whether they are available for the assignment or not. Predefined response options such as &#39;coming&#39; or &#39;not coming&#39; simplify this process. As a result, the control center receives the information directly as to whether the order will be accepted, whether the required team/group strength has been reached or whether it needs to be replanned or re-alarmed.<br><br>Note: The prerequisite for using the app is an active service contract with the company e*Message, which includes the use of the e*Message Alarm App.
