## Description

Defender of Egril is a turn-based tower defense game in a fantasy setting.<br><br>Build towers such as spear, bow, and wizard towers to defend against goblins, orcs, and evil mages who can summon demons. You can decide which tower targets which enemy and let automatic targeting handle the rest.<br><br>Earn coins by defeating enemies, then buy new towers or upgrade the ones you already have.<br><br>Later in the game, dwarven mines can dig up gold and gems - but they can also wake a dragon that destroys mines and devours enemy units. You can also build rafts on water in addition to towers, and those rafts move with the current.<br><br>Evil wizards summon demons and skeletons. Red Witches disable towers, Green Witches heal enemy units, and in the end Ewhad himself appears and spawns mighty demons every 3 turns that grow stronger and stronger.<br><br>Upgrade your towers to unlock new options, including barricades so strong that a tower can even be built on top of one.<br><br>XP grants ability points that can be used to learn spells such as fireball and bomb, or passive abilities such as more starting money, more health, or higher rewards for defeating enemy units.<br><br>The game is and always will be free of charge, with no in-app purchases or ads, and it is open source.
