## Description

The self-help app supports and informs those affected, interested and self-help groups about the self-help culture in the Gelnhausen, Langenselbold and Schlüchtern region.<br>With it you get an overview of the work of self-help groups in our region and you can talk to the group spokespersons and the self-help contact point<br>Make contact. The app provides information on events and health-related lectures by groups and contact points.<br>Participants in self-help groups can use the app to communicate safely and securely with each other, and groups can offer meetings via the app as a video conference.<br>The self-help app is a service provided by the self-help contact point (Sekos) Gelnhausen.<br>The self-help contact point (Sekos) Gelnhausen is a contact and information point for self-help groups and self-help initiatives<br>in our region. We support self-help groups, for example with public relations, accompany the establishment of new groups,<br>provide information on funding opportunities and offer the groups professional advice and training. Sekos Gelnhausen helps those affected<br>with access to the appropriate self-help group and provides information on further offers of help, even in the case of rare diseases.<br>The Sekos networks the actors of self-help and organizes events on health-related topics. Performing since 1986<br>the self-help contact point Gelnhausen Help for self-help in the old districts of Gelnhausen and Schlüchtern.
