Why Heart Health? - The health of our heart is of great importance. The “my Heart Health” App is designed to help you maintain your heart health through a customized and healthy training plan.

Whether you are a “beginner” or an "athlete", connect a heart rate monitor and our innovative coach with voice assistance helps to find your way around and leads you closer to your goals. If your heart rate is too high or too low, the coach will alert you and give understandable hints. Follow your individual coach with voice assistance and increase your effectiveness during training!

The most important thing for the coach is for untrained people not to feel overstrained, athletes on the other side can train intensively and successfully. “Sport as therapy” with voice assistance provides you with a whole new experience of work outs.

If you are additionally interested in controlling your high blood pressure, the digital coach can help you lower your blood pressure with the help of controlled heart rate-adapted training. The app allows the display of current blood pressure measurement data, collected with the Tel-O-Graph ® device from IEM in Aachen, and weekly experience reports are generated.

Participants of supported health care programs can use the app for free throughout the agreed upon term.
