"SnapONE" digitalises training from planning to the report booklet and offers trainers and trainees a variety of opportunities to manage all relevant processes more efficiently and sustainably.
The basis of the system is the personalized dashboard, on which all available modules and processes can be displayed and selected.
The integrated information area notifies the registered user of deadlines and tasks - optionally via email. Tasks may include instructor's messages on subject matters.
Access and rights are controlled by group profiles and are granularly adjustable. The online use by external participants, such as a report portfolio control (IHK), can be mapped via profiles.
In order to make control functions fully possible, relevant contents will be available as PDF documents. These documents are generated dynamically on request.
All modules of the system communicate with each other with the same core system.
