## Description

1. View patient data while on the move and record patient-related information by voice or text, which can then be edited in real time on the server.<br><br>2. Fill in forms (declarations of consent, medical history and information sheets, etc.) by hand on the tablet and have the patient sign them, which are then transferred to the electronic patient file without paper.<br><br>3.
