Removes the "Ideas" button from the navbar as well. The "Discuss" button provides a more direct link to the Scratch forums. Update 3.0: now works in the whole Scratch site! Accidentally made it for /discuss/* only.	Add the transmission error prevention features with Gmail. You can check displays a confirmation dialog of destination, subject, attachment to e-mail before sending. When you install the extension, Gmail "send" button becomes the "Confirm" button, you will need to verify your email before sending.
