Why can't I give it 0 stars? Mendeley Reference Manager is also rubbish. Constantly disconnects. The word plug-in also frequently disappears and needs re-installing. |

It asks for a passcode whenever it does work, which it usually doesn't. Constantly having to refresh and try again by re-opening your tabs in a new window is laughable. Even after doing this, it just flat-out refuses to work at least half the time. I'll be switching to Zoterro. |

I agree with all the other reviews recently - this used to work without problem and would be so easy to capture the references I needed. Now, I am constantly having to uninstall and reinstall because it crashes, doesn't let me sign in, or won't load at all. Please fix this - it is an invaluable tool, we NEED it to work reliably. |

What happened.... This app was wonderful a year ago but now its so buggy its unusable. I like the direction its going where I don't need to use the desktop client to sync all the time but 90% of the time it bugs out and I can't use it at all :( |
