Usage:

Advanced use:
Keywords also support regex substitution for dynamic URLs. For example, keyword gh-(\d+) with destination <a href="https://prod.outgoing.prod.webservices.mozgcp.net/v1/e5e20fedfcceac55ce5f68611d9a0d01b19847bbd458760ba47caa0a5715ea67/https%3A//github.com/org/repo/issues/%241" rel="nofollow">https://github.com/org/repo/issues/$1</a> means typing gh-42 navigates to issue #42.
