## Description

CssLayerWatch is a Firefox extension for auditing CSS cascade layer usage in the active page.
It scans accessible CSS text and CSSOM rules for <code>@layer</code> declarations, named layer lists, anonymous layer blocks, blocked stylesheets, and top-level rules outside visible layer blocks.
