## Description

**Zoopla** is a UK property search app for finding homes to buy or rent. Search by location, map area, current location, or travel time, and filter listings by features such as new builds, cottages, shared ownership, EV chargers, and more. View photos, floor plans, EPC ratings, street views, video tours, nearby schools, train stations, and EV charging points.

Save listings and searches to receive alerts when properties are listed, reduced, or return to the market. Use Zoopla’s property valuation tools to check estimated and last-sold prices, track your home’s value, review sales history, understand local demand, and explore market trends. Mortgage and affordability calculators help you set a realistic homebuying budget and assess equity or remortgage options. You can also compare local estate agents, book viewings, and request free property valuations.

## Review summary

User reviews show a mixed experience: navigation is easy and filters are valued, but the app is plagued by bugs, crashes, and UX regressions. Recurring issues include interior-first photos hiding exterior views, missing or weak map view functionality (notably on tablets), inconsistent login behavior, and loss of previous searches or settings. These persistent problems overshadow otherwise helpful listings and features, indicating a need for stability and UX improvements.

### Pros

- Easy to navigate
- Useful filters (e.g., distance)
- Broad listing options / variety of properties

### Cons

- Front exterior photos moved to interior images; exterior view not shown by default
- Frequent bugs and crashes / performance issues
- Map view missing or poor (especially on tablets) and problematic map-based searches
- Sign-in/login issues and persistent login prompts
- Loss of previous search state / forgetting filters and selections
