2025-01-28 | I am extremely disappointed with your service. I have been trying to connect with your customer support for the past 30 days, but my calls get automatically disconnected every time. I have been a Zoomcar Host for the past 10 months and have faced several issues. Currently, I am facing a problem with onboarding my new car. When I try to upload the RC, it shows that the car is already live on the Zoomcar application. I have been sending emails daily, but no one has helped me so far. | ||
2025-01-27 | Only one issue in the app is need to add filter for fuel type CNG. Currently it is showing petrol, diesel and EV but CNG option not available in the filter. To find the CNG car we need to open car detail and description. Zoom car experience is very good. I have done teo trips as of now and hassle free service getting from zoom car. Multiple options and time flexibility is one of the best part. | ||
2025-01-27 | It's a fake app. Don't book zoom car . If wee. Book they cancelled the car in. Minutes and no response from customer care also. If we paid amount means finish. Amount not be credited. You are not get any refunds here . I lost my amount when I booked in zoomcar. They are fake . Don't book anyone. Very bad experience. Worst customer care respons. They are not sharing any details. 2025-01-26 | Very bad experience l. Worst customer experience. I had to literally report that my car is lost/breakdown to get connected. Paid for extention a day before still got the penalties. Previously they use to send notification,message, calls for outstanding but now they have stopped which leads to closing of ticket and unnecessary outstanding | ||
2025-01-25 | Really disappointed with the app policy. We had a booking and they have cancelled the trip when we are supposed to leave to pick up the call. We called customer care and they are saying they don't have any option . They asked me only to book another car but the prices was really high at the time of Booking as we required immediate booking. No support for the @zoom car. Disappointed | ||
2025-01-22 | There is no real customer support. They have a new chatbot that's it. No phone number or email to contact. They only allow us to select some predefined chat option. Not sure how a customer can get support. Even when my booking was active i had lot of trouble to get in touch with them, so i can imagine how it will be when i try to contact after my booking is completed. The booking experience is good pickups are usually easy, but if you get into trouble not sure how you will get help. | ||
2025-01-12 | The app in itself is great with clear options of check in and check out with good agreement and hold between owner and the user. The key area of improvement needs to be on the contact us or chat section. It's not user friendly and the call desk also do not solve any hazzles. Even errors in app needs to be sorted out between owner and user with no control from user end. | ||

But, when I reached pick up location, it was a manual transmission car. So,I have canceled the car. And they won't respond to complaints and simply looting money. Worst experience ever. | ||
2025-01-10 | Terrible Experience – Never Using Again! ZoomCar is the worst app I’ve ever used! I booked a car for 9 days on the 6th, and the experience was disastrous. I had to track down the car owner's number on Instagram (not even through the app), only to be told the car was already given to someone else! How is double booking even possible? They canceled last minute with no alternatives, leaving me helpless. This app is completely unreliable. My friend also faced similar issues. Never trusting this app | ||
2025-01-10 | I booked via zoomcar the first time. The app is good but I think any technology without human support is only half as good as it could be. There is no phone number or email or chat feature to get in touch with a human. The chatbot is just terribly bad. Help notes doesn't address all the questions that can arise, not enough details and lots of unknowns before I actually had the car. Please at least have a team to take customer calls. It's an expense for you but it may benefit you more at the end. |
