Update, decreasing rating by 2 stars until this is fixed... Totally Awesome! This security system has paid for itself exponentially. The one thing I really hate is the herky jerky video on play back. Give us the full stream the smart or intelligent speeding up is no good when you need the footage for legal issues. Come on guys how do I get the full smooth version... I don't care how big the file size is.. let us choose our preferences...

My boyfriend had originally set up the device on his phone and then shared with me. I was unable to see recordings after about a week and I was told I need to buy the plan but when I tried to buy the plan it told me that no device was connected even though I could watch live view. He uninstalled so that I could install it on my phone to get the recordings and we are unable to even get a blue light on the camera. Very difficult to set up and no live person for support. I would not recommend.
