Mostly good, except for the dangerously unreliable notification reminders. It reminded me yesterday, so I did my situps. It also reminded me today. I checked the reminder settings, and it shouldn't have reminded me yesterday. When this happened before, I accidentally did two days in a row and the following day was in such pain I thought I'd developed a hernia which was fortunately just DOMS. I suggest that everyone disable the in-app reminders, and just ask Google to remind you every other day
