This app doesn't work. At all. After "allowing" everything it asked for, it dies and refuses to reopen. Zero stars. I've had the scale for three years or more now but recently remembered to re-download the partner app on my phone again. Never buying anything from this company again. They claim they implemented "bug fixes" October of last year as the latest update. It is currently April, almost May 2024 and the app is beyond broken.

Update 8.9.23: It does not let you use the arrow on the profile to let you change the family member. OG comment: It works well enough so far. The scale I have says Nuvomed is the app to use, but clicking on the group that made it bring you to this Itek scale option and it connects to the scale just fine. For some reason it is saying I do not have the Google fit app installed. I do but I think it only works with the older version. So other then that I'm glad the app syncs with the scale!
