Deactivation of Auto Renewal Not Functioning Properly. I had a 30day pass expiring 30Jan. I am certain that I deactivated the auto renewal early part of Jan but my pass was still renewed on 30Jan, with deduction from my saved credit card. Lesson learnt, now I not only turned off the 'auto renew' option but removed my saved credit card as well.

I used this app when I visited Singapore as a tourist. My experience has been very poor. Here are the reasons: 1. Half of the bikes are either faulty or have mechanical problems. One had a bent handlebar. Another had a squeaky handlebar. Another had a faulty seat. 2. It is very hard to find the designated parking spots on the map. There are 2x P markers, but no way to tell what each one means. It needs to be easier to find parking spots.
