2023-07-21	Ja*****	Glitchy. It does what it says but often I have trouble simply answering or declining the call. Notifications disappear too fast but it's still ringing. If I do get the app open sometimes the screen is blank so I can't answer or decline or put the call on speaker or mute, which is why I rely on the notification which today wasn't in the notifications pull-down but I opened the app and it worked fine and I had a great conversation with a guy from Algeria. Some callers from 1 country are dodgy.

2023-04-29	Su*****	For three years I have almost built my social life around my calls! I chose a few a week which fitted in with my usual time available. If your not available then or a call comes in you can't take, you can switch it off and another person will take that call. I have spoken to do many people in do many places about so many different things, and though you do get disconnected mostly you don't and I have had many conversations lasting well over an hour.

2022-09-24	Ja*****	Like many reviewers, I love the concept and overall design, but so far, the call drop glitch wrecks my experience. My 3 calls so far have just suddenly dropped within a few minutes, with no way to reconnect or even say thanks. I also wish I could make calls anytime, not on the schedule (though I can see that's not possible until the community is sufficiently large). And wish I could easily exchange contact info with the person I'm matched with, or at least be able to send them a thanks.

2022-01-02	MJ*****	Update: Upgrading my rating from 4 to 5 stars -- despite the occasional tech hiccup, I deeply appreciate the calls. It would be great if answering an outside call while you're in Quarantine Chat didn't disconnect the Chat call! It would also be helpful to have a mic for dictation on this Ratings screen -- this screen disappeared mine. Overall, though, I'm happy to have discovered this app. Looking forward to more calls.

2021-04-16	D *****	Great concept and I was very hopeful but extremely poorly implemented. Had to uninstall, very frustrating! Uncontrollable. Too random, cut out in the middle of a chat and no way to reconnect. That was highly annoying as it was a really good chat. Timings are apalling. No way to tailor availablity for one's own convenience and most chats were in the middle of the night so I couldn't get any sleep. The sound didn't work on my headset which meant I had to hold the phone to my head!

Just as you are getting into a really nice conversation with someone, the call is dropped and there is no way to reconnect. Several friends and family members tried the app and there was not a single call that did not cut off after about 8 minutes. Soooooooooo frustrating and actually quite disappointing. So the app concept gets 5 stars, execution gets negative 4 stars for setting you up with a nice conversation, and just as you are starting to connect with someone, dropping the call and no option to reconnect. Geezus, didn't someone test this thing ???

2020-12-18	Ta*****	I would love to give this app 5🌟, unfortunately 3 out of 4 calls are dropped. Other callers have also had the same experience. Otherwise some way to pick up a dropped call again would be great. Or some kind of texting feature. Thank you for this great idea!

It's too often and normally when the conversation with the other person starts to really take off. Wish it had a call back feature. Maybe add in a call back feature that lasts 1 or 2mins once a call has ended. Its a huge bummer when a great call gets dropped and there's nothing that can be done about it. Please fix

I face issues in where the call simply hangs up sometimes or i get the call but No notification or ring tone only vibrates. I hope you guys could look into it. If there is anyway that on the long run the username's could connect informally on the platform, would be great.
