## Review summary

Reviews are mixed. While several users praise the app and some report helpful, responsive support, a notable portion cite reliability problems after updates, slow free speeds, and a paid-only pricing model with non-English UI, leading to a divided overall impression.

### Pros

- Positive user sentiment with phrases like 'Love the app', 'Very good', and 'I like' indicating overall fondness for the app.
- Some users report responsive and efficient customer support when issues arise.
- A subset of users perceives the app as high quality and well-made despite other issues.

### Cons

- Reliability issues after updates; multiple reviews say the app stops working after updates and describe it as very bad or among the worst.
- Pricing concerns; a daily charge (e.g., 7 RMB) with no clear free option, leading to dislike from users.
- Language/localization problems; UI is not in English, and there is confusion about language availability.
- Free performance is notably slow for users who do not pay, suggesting poor experience without payment.
