Foodproof scans a food product&#39;s barcode and instantly tells you whether it matches your profile: diet, allergies, and ingredients you&#39;d rather avoid.<br><br>How it works:<br>1. Set your diet once (halal, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian)<br>2. Add your allergens and any ingredients you want to exclude<br>3. Scan any product, get an instant result, with the exact reasons behind it<br><br>What Foodproof checks:<br>• Diet compatibility (meat, alcohol, gelatin, animal-derived additives...)<br>• Major EU allergens (gluten, lactose, tree nuts, soy...) and common ones<br>• Custom ingredients you choose to exclude: palm oil, MSG, nitrites and nitrates (E249 to E252)...<br><br>Product data comes from Open Food Facts, the world&#39;s largest collaborative food database. When information is missing, Foodproof tells you plainly instead of guessing.<br><br>Your scan history stays available anytime, so you can find a product you already checked.<br><br>Foodproof is free, ad-free, and only collects what it actually needs to work.
