## Description

X-OPP CRM is a lightweight mobile CRM application designed for field sales teams using the X-OPP ERP system. It allows sales agents to manage customer relationships, track leads, and complete follow-up activities from anywhere using their existing X-OPP account.<br><br>The app provides quick access to Contacts, Leads, and Deals, allowing users to search and view customer records with complete details such as contact information, company name, TRN/VAT number, lead source, assigned agent, and notes. Users can also create and edit contacts and leads directly from their mobile device, while deals created from converted leads are available for viewing.<br><br>Stay on top of customer interactions with the Customer Follow-up feature. Agents can view today&#39;s and upcoming follow-ups, record call outcomes, add notes, complete follow-up activities, and schedule the next follow-up with reminders. All updates are synchronized with the X-OPP web CRM, ensuring information remains up to date across devices.<br><br>Communicating with customers is quick and convenient through Direct Customer Communication. With a single tap, users can call customers, open WhatsApp conversations, or send emails using their device&#39;s default applications. After each interaction, follow-up details can be logged immediately to maintain accurate customer records.<br>The app also offers Easy Lead Status Updates, allowing agents to update lead stages such as New, Contacted, Interested, Qualified, Meeting, Booked, Won, or Lost in just a few taps. These status changes are reflected instantly in the X-OPP web CRM and reports, helping sales teams monitor progress in real time.<br>Security is built into the application through Secure Login using existing X-OPP credentials. Each user can access only the data assigned to their organization and role, following the same permissions and security policies as the X-OPP web application.<br>X-OPP CRM is designed to improve sales productivity by giving field teams fast access to customer information, streamlined follow-up management, real-time data synchronization, and secure access wherever they work.
