Unacceptable Service - Truenet Truenet's service is a constant struggle. Frequent outages, slow speeds, and nonexistent customer support are the norm. Working from home is impossible with constant interruptions. Reaching support is a nightmare. Phone calls go unanswered, and online chat is unresponsive. Technicians are unhelpful and often no-shows. This has severely impacted my productivity and quality of life. I demand a resolution and compensation for this unacceptable service.

shree ganesh channel and internet which had the best service in our area since trunet owned it it has the worst service provider every time my internet got disconnected and whenever I called to customer service they says work is in process the issue would be resolved shortly. I am using shree ganesh channel and internet since once year but in last two weeks I am frustrated of their service. Don't go for trunet worst service.
