## Review summary

Users frequently praise Pic Lock for being easy to use and for its privacy vault. They describe it as a generally positive, trusted app and have used it for years. However, a clear pattern of complaints centers on data loss: after uninstalling, updating, or deleting the app, photos and videos disappear and are often unrecoverable; several users request steps to recover data. There are also reports of the app not opening or becoming unstable over time. Overall, while usability and privacy features are valued, data loss and recovery issues are the primary recurring concerns.

### Pros

- Very easy to use / user-friendly
- Privacy vault to hide photos and protect privacy
- Strong positive sentiment among users (e.g., "Very good", "Awesome", "Best app ever")
- Long-standing usage noted (used since 2015)

### Cons

- Data loss after uninstalling, updating, or deleting the app; photos/videos disappear and are often unrecoverable
- App instability / not opening or crashing after some time
