BDT was established in 1993 as "Business Development and Trade", being a distributor of original Ford vehicles, parts and accessories. In 1999 the company changed its ownership and thus became the "Business Development Team" (BDT).

In December 2015, the FordStore BDT was inaugurated. This stage is a natural one in the evolution of one of the longest-lived and most efficient Ford dealers in Romania, confirming at the same time the quality of the services offered to the customers during the over 23 years of activity. Thus, the specific stage of modernization and adaptation to the current standards was completed, which involved an investment of over 150,000 Euros.

FordStore is the highest level of representation of a FordBDT. With a modern, intuitive configuration, customers benefit from a unique and interactive shopping experience. The space is organized on various areas of interest (car islands) dedicated to MAX families, sports cars (ST), SUVs and the PREMIUM range.

The key element of the FordStore strategy is the legendary Ford Mustang - officially brought to Europe 50 years after its inception. It is marketed exclusively in FordStore centers, BDT being one of the best performing sellers of the model.

The Vignale experience - Ford's signature premium product and personalized experience, defined by three key elements: personalized service, time and execution - complete the features of the FordStore BDT.

Ford Vignale offers that fusion that defines the modern image of luxury - fine materials crafted with craftsmanship and refinement but also a lifestyle, a high-end luxury experience that offers access to a world of personalized, exclusive services and, above all , fast. The Vignale signature can be found on several Ford models: Mondeo, Edge, S-MAX and Kuga.

The showroom expansion process has been completed with the Transit Center section, with FordStore BDT including specific integrated services dedicated to commercial vehicle customers in its portfolio.
