## Review summary

Users praise the app for straightforward mileage tracking, online trip viewing, and cloud syncing when it works. However, many reports focus on instability (crashes/not opening), ongoing sync problems, unresponsive support, billing issues, and updates that degrade core features. These reliability and support issues overshadow the solid features the app offers.

### Pros

- Accurate mileage tracking across multiple vehicles with online trip viewing for verification.
- Cloud sync across devices and desktop access to trips.
- Easy to use interface and straightforward setup.
- Useful reporting/expense tracking features when the app is functioning properly.

### Cons

- App frequently stops opening or crashes (stuck on splash/logo; total non-function).
- Persistent syncing issues (doesn’t sync, long periods with no sync, GPS sync problems).
- Poor or unresponsive customer support (unanswered emails, slow responses).
- Billing/subscription problems (premium upgrades not applied, access limited to trial, refund concerns).
- Updates breaking core features (auto start/stop trips not working after update).
