## Description

Wish Laundry  Customer is a customer facing app for communities and ventures where they have daily laundry for - washing &amp; ironing.<br><br><br>We approach the community or apartment complexes, and they distribute our app to all the apartment members.<br><br>- Every house hold member in the apartment, registers and get OTP verified <br>- They subscribed to one more more recurring services - laundry &amp; ironing.<br>- Our service team reaches to their house at agreed upon time.<br>- Some times, the members can cancel the pickup service based on their availability<br><br><br>- Our service team comes to your door step at the agreed scheduled time<br>- Take all the garments &amp; note down all the services to be done.<br>- Service team take the garments and drop them at factory unit /service unit.<br>- Service team at factory work on the garments, complete the services, and mark them as ready<br><br><br>- System will send the notification to the customer, intimating them about the readiness<br>- Customer now logs in the app, asks the team member for get it delivery<br>- Customer can  check the past orders, current order status, cost of the current order etc.<br><br>- Customer check the outstanding balance<br>- Pay it to the service executive comes to the door step<br>- Customer can review the service at any point of time.
