EDIT: For any Samsung users who this app crashes for, try disabling it's Location permissions. This is what fixed it for me and what now allows me to use the main feature that I paid for after customer service was of no help. Crashes upon opening on S24 Ultra. I have used this app for years, and now it suddenly is completely unusable and is leaving me heavily inconvenienced. Clearing the cache as the app suggests does not work.

App now constantly crashes on opening. Have owned my Windmill AC for three years. After firing it up this year I see the app won't open without constant crashes. It asks to clear the cache but that makes no difference. Reinstalling requires setting everything up from new, but now the AC won't pair with the Android app. The iOS version does work so the only way to control this remotely is with my Apple iPad. Clearly they broke something and neither the legacy or newer app works properly. Fail!
