Mobile deposit feature does not work and often crashes the app when attempting to capture images of checks.

Recent reviews

This app is awful. Ever since they updated to the new Wildfire Digital+ I can no longer use mobile deposit, which is the main reason I have mobile banking. It has been almost a year and they still haven't fixed it or figured it out, and they don't seem to care. The old app was also much more user friendly. *Update 10/10 - Wildfire replied to my original review and said they are "working diligently" to resolve this, but that's the same message I've been getting for almost a year. Work faster.

UPDATE ON HOW TO GET AROUND MOBILE DEPOSIT CAMERA CRASHING: The app doesn't automatically allow you upload a photo of your check. When doing a mobile deposit, cover your camera completely, then click "capture". It will try a few times then will finally give the option to take a photo manually. Do this for both front and back. Now you can deposit. The new app won't allow mobile check deposits. The entire app crashes when it attempts to photograph my check.
