WHOOP is a wearable-powered health and fitness coach that transforms continuous biometric signals into clear, personalized guidance. By measuring dozens of data points every second, WHOOP delivers tailored Sleep, Strain, Recovery, Stress, and Behavior insights so you can optimize daily routines, training, and long-term healthspan.

Key features include Sleep Performance and Sleep Planner, a Recovery score based on HRV and resting heart rate, a Strain score and target range, real-time stress scoring with breathwork sessions, and over 160 tracked behaviors (like alcohol or medication). WHOOP Coach uses your unique biometrics plus performance science and generative AI to give on-demand, personalized answers. Additional capabilities include menstrual cycle insights, Health Connect syncing, heart rate zones, VO₂ Max trends, and a haptic alarm. WHOOP is screenless — all data is accessible in the app and requires a WHOOP wearable. New users can try the wearable and app free for 1 month (terms apply).
