However, many users report poor scooter maintenance, buggy and unreliable app behavior, and frustrating experiences with customer service regarding unfair charges, especially for missing helmets. Recent reviews

Scooters often in bad condition (broken mirrors, failing brakes, defective tailbox, smooth wheels). Frequently missing items (helmet, hairnet). They randomly charge you if you fail to report any of these issues, they are even charging multiple customers for the same missing item whereas they already know it's missing! Poor communication, they are just after your money. Don't risk your life and money for this unethical company.

Very very buggy, will stop working at random and won't work even when restarted..the idea it's nice, the bikes are ok and I hope they will improve usability.
