this app desperately needs to be optimized. never before have i seen an app chug so badly. Awful loading time, overheats my phone and crashes regularly. Also, really needs a search function in lists. currently im trying to sort my favorites into lists, ive had the app open for around 1h30m and its crashed at least 6 times. youre better off opening wayfair on a computer edit: the update did not fix it. crashed in less than 10 minutes

I honestly enjoy using the website far more than I do the app. Constant needs to show that I'm human, the app not saving the fact that I've previously logged in, and the app prioritizing showing me other items rather than specs on the one that I clicked are all reasons why this app is a frustrating experience.

App is terrible. Start going thru things and it freezes on the second or third page. Edit- it's worse. Put something in the search bar and it bring up maybe 20 objects but the rest of it stays blank. No option to filter or sort. Can't even shop in the site! I've tried multiple times in the past 24 hours. I'm done trying. I'm redecorating my home and it sucks being unable to shop when I need it. But guess I'll stick with stores that I can actually see merchandise. SMH

It opens with just a blank white screen with NOTHING there. This happens when I click on a notification also. Some notifications open in my browser instead of going directly to my app. The browser page works. The blank white screen says, "Error, There was an issue connecting to the server. Please check your internet connection and retry." It's the only app on my phone out of about 200 that I have this problem. Wayfair used to be absolutely awesome, but now it's unusable, so it's just a waste.

When I go directly to my app, it opens with just a blank white screen with NOTHING operational. This happens when I click on a notification also. Some notifications open in my browser instead of going directly to my app - the browser page is typically functional. The blank white screen makes it a challenge to get to my Wayfair card management options which defeats the purpose of convenience via the phone app. I have an up-to-date Google Pixel 8 Pro. I hope for improvement.

Decent items TERRIBLE app. I've crashed 3 times in under 30 minutes. The interface is horrific, and the search engine is not good. There's no categories. I can't find items that are advertised to me in different apps, and the front runner items are boring beige barnyard aesthetic furniture. I wish it was easier to find the items that match my style, and I REALLY wish the app actually worked half the time.

I work doing app development so trust me when I say this. Wayfair you need to do better. The app is slow, it hangs, isn't user friendly when it comes to navigating though a collection of products. Every time I try to shop at Wayfair I always end up uninstalling the app and using the website instead. I am hoping the product Manager reads this review. Not good at all.

App constantly freezes. After adding items I wanted to purchase through the app (because the website insists you use the app) I notice the discount code I added earlier is gone. I try to add it back; the app tells me the code is no longer valid/has expired, but I'm literally looking at my paper showing that it is still in date. I try to chat with customer service, and they tell me that because I didn't put the code in at checkout (i hadn't checked out yet) that they can't help! Garbage!

I really like the Wayfair app but lately the ability to choose categories has not been available. I am also running into issues where the filter options are not showing either. No one wants to look through a billion products to find what they need. Bring back the options for filtering.

I absolutely love shopping with Wayfair! The selection is incredible, offering stylish and unique designs for me to choose from. I can spend hours browsing through the website that is user-friendly, which makes it easy to find and select exactly what I need. Im particularly drawn to the Flash Deals that pop up while browsing. The detailed reviews & photos are also very useful. Wayfair has truly become my go-to for home shopping. I highly recommend shopping online with Wayfair!
