## Review summary

Users appreciate that the physical locations provide blue towels and find the sign-up process initially easy. However, many complain the app is limited to Colorado despite broader expectations, suffers from login and verification code failures, and fails to recognize existing accounts or subscriptions. The location detection is inaccurate and settings do not save correctly, while customer service is reportedly inaccessible. These issues result in a frustrating and largely ineffective app experience for many users.

### Pros

- Blue towels are always available at the physical locations
- Easy to sign up initially

### Cons

- App is only functional in Colorado, not supporting other locations like Arizona as users expect
- Users unable to log in due to verification code issues and password recognition problems
- App does not accurately detect or remember user location and profile settings
- App does not recognize existing subscriptions or credits, causing confusion and inability to manage plans
- Customer service is difficult to reach and unresponsive, worsening user experience
