## Description

Waitery Cashier is the front-of-house point of sale for restaurants running on the Waitery platform.<br><br>Seat guests on a live floor plan, take orders, fire them to the kitchen, and settle bills — cash, card, or split — from one landscape tablet at the counter.<br><br>RUN THE FLOOR<br>• Live floor plan: table states update in real time across every device<br>• Orders: build, modify, and fire orders straight to the kitchen display<br>• Payments: cash handling, card payments via your Clover payment terminal, splits, tips, and receipts<br>• Reservations and waitlist: book guests, text them when their table is ready<br>• Shift tools: time clock, shift summaries, cash-drawer counts<br>• Manager dashboard built in<br><br>ALWAYS-ON PRINTING<br>Waitery Cashier keeps a persistent connection to your restaurant&#39;s print queue so kitchen tickets keep printing even when no one is signed in, across shift changes, and after reboots. Receipts and bills print when a cashier is signed in. While the listener is active the app shows a &quot;Listening for print jobs&quot; notification.<br><br>CARD DATA STAYS ON THE TERMINAL<br>Card payments are captured on your Clover payment hardware. Waitery Cashier never sees or stores card numbers.<br><br>MADE FOR RESTAURANT HARDWARE<br>Designed for landscape Android tablets. Supports Star and ESC/POS network printers on your local network.<br><br>REQUIRES A WAITERY RESTAURANT ACCOUNT<br>This app is for staff of restaurants that use Waitery. To connect a tablet, a manager generates a pairing code in the Waitery Restaurant Panel; staff then sign in with their personal PIN.
