For their part, people who have lost a document can easily search for announcements matching their specific criteria, such as the type of document, name, date and location of the loss. Once a document matching their search is found, they can contact the person who found it directly to arrange retrieval.
The application also offers a notification system to inform users when documents matching their search criteria are added. This allows people who have lost documents to react quickly and increase their chances of finding their belongings.
