## Review summary

Users appreciate the app's accurate handwriting recognition, clean interface, and multi-language text recognition, making it useful for students and teachers. However, many encounter critical issues such as syncing failures that cause loss of notes, frequent crashes after updates, and missing key features like pen thickness adjustment, selection tools, and palm rejection. The app also lacks landscape mode support and is considered too basic compared to alternatives, with slow zoom and pan functionality detracting from usability.

### Pros

- Good handwriting recognition that accurately converts sloppy writing.
- Clean and uncluttered user interface.
- Supports text recognition in several languages.
- Suitable for writing work for students and teachers.
- Available across platforms (Android and Windows).

### Cons

- Syncing does not work properly and can result in lost notes.
- App crashes repeatedly on launch or startup after updates.
- Lacks essential features such as selection option, infinite pages, pen thickness adjustment, and palm rejection.
- No landscape mode or poor support for landscape viewing; zoom and pan features are slow and unnatural.
- Limited functionality compared to other note apps; lacks photo import, paper textures, typing options, and shape recognition.
