## Description

VSP Phone is the softphone for your organisation&#39;s phone system. It puts<br>your work extension on the phone you already carry, so you can take work<br>calls without a desk phone and without giving out your personal number.<br><br>SET UP IN ONE SCAN<br><br>Your operator sends you a setup link or shows you a QR code. Scan it once<br>and your extension is live. There is no account to create, no password to<br>choose, and nothing to configure.<br><br>WHAT YOU CAN DO<br><br>- Call any colleague by extension, or anyone else by number<br>- Receive calls on your extension, with your work number as the caller ID<br>- Ring even when the app is closed, so you do not have to leave it open<br>- See your recent calls, spot the ones you missed, and return them in one<br>  tap<br>- Look up anyone in your organisation&#39;s directory by name or extension<br>- Mute, switch to speaker, and hang up from the in-call screen<br><br>WHILE YOU ARE ON A CALL<br><br>Incoming calls appear the way any other call does on your phone, on the<br>lock screen included. Answer, decline, or let it go to voicemail.<br><br>PRIVACY AND SECURITY<br><br>Calls between your phone and the network are encrypted. Your SIP<br>credentials are held in the Android Keystore and never leave the device.<br>The app does not read your contacts, and your personal number is never<br>shown to the people you call from it.<br><br>REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR ORGANISATION<br><br>VSP Phone cannot be used on its own. It needs an extension provisioned by<br>whoever runs your phone system. If you do not have a setup code, ask them<br>rather than the app store.
