DELIVERY AND SUPPORT

Stock-confirmed items are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery inside India normally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pin code and the courier network. Tracking is shared once the parcel is handed to the courier, and any delivery charge is shown in checkout before you pay.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, an item is missing, or you receive a different product from the one ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the claim. Please keep the item, tags and original packaging as received, and send one continuous unboxing video that begins with the parcel still sealed. After verification we arrange an eligible replacement or refund; an approved refund is normally initiated within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
